Suspected Food Poisoning After Eating at P.F. Chang’s – Mall at Millenia, Orlando FL Location: P.F. Chang’s, 4200 Conroy Rd, Orlando, FL 32839 Date of Visit: June 6, 2025 My husband, his father, and I ate at P.F. Chang’s at the Mall at Millenia between 6–7 PM. I ordered the Crispy Honey Shrimp with noodles. My husband had Kung Pao Chicken with rice, and his dad had Kung Pao Beef with rice. Around 5 AM the next morning, my husband woke up with severe stomach pain and vomited. He continued vomiting two more times and also experienced diarrhea, dizziness, headache, and fever. As of the afternoon, he still feels very weak and can’t stand for long periods. We also received a message from his dad, who had since returned to his hotel, saying he was also sick — vomiting and diarrhea — and had to cancel his flight back to Los Angeles. I did not get sick, and I was the only one who didn’t eat the rice. We suspect the rice may have been the source of contamination. This was a very difficult experience for both of them, and we’re sharing this report to help others stay safe.
