Four of us went to PF Chang’s for dinner 11/10 around 8:00. Three of us had the crispy honey chicken, a different three had the hot and sour soup, two had the kung pao chicken, and all four of us had white rice, the vegetable fried rice, and water without ice. All four of us ended up being sick. One of us began vomiting at 2am for an hour. The other three woke up with diarrhea around 8am. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
