My wife, daughter and I ate food from PF Chang's in Louisville on 9/14/18, and we all got food poisoning, possibly from the shrimp or lettuce wraps. After four days of misery we are just now starting to recover. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
