I Went to PF Chang's on Saturday 11/10/2018, We ordered chicken Lettuce wraps, Fried Rice and Beef a la Sichuan. We left the restaurant around 6:00 pm, by Midnight I started feeling bad with stomach discomfort, and headaches, On sunday Morning I started vomiting, first episode was all the food intact, then I continue with vomiting, abdominal pain, Nauseas and headaches , as symptoms got worse I had to go to ER at Kendall Regional Hospital, where I was Treated for Food Poisoning and Gastritis. I was given medication and a full report. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Headache, Stomach Pain
