Food Safety Report: P.J. Whelihan’s Pub + Restaurant [Maple Shade], South Lenola Road, Maple Shade Township, NJ, USA.

P.J. Whelihan’s Pub + Restaurant [Maple Shade], South Lenola Road, Maple Shade Township, NJ, USA

396 South Lenola Road, Maple Shade Township, 08052 New Jersey, United States

It was around 10:40pm I ate crab cakes, fries, coleslaw and a glass of white zinfadel. At first I considered it could have been the combination of alcohol and seafood. However I have eaten that combination several of times, sometimes with higher ratio of alcohol to seafood and shellfish, and never had any reaction.
The next morning I woke to vomiting there was a little blood, diarrhea, could hardly hold down any liquids without having nausea. There was a bit of dizziness accompanied by lightheaded because I couldn't eat the entire day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Lightheaded
