On 4/30/2016 about 6:00 pm I picked up a Thai chicken salad, sprouted grain roll and a cheese pastry from Panera bread on 4th Street in St Petersburg FL. Went home and ate it, about 3-4 hours later I was getting severe stomach cramps. I ate some Tums and tries to go to bed but I was awakened about every 1/2 hour with the stomach cramps and nausea. About 3:00 am, I went to the bathroom and the vomiting started. After that I was in the bathroom about every 1/2 hour vomiting, something came out the first 3-4 times, it was mostly dry heaving after that. The last time in the bathroom was 7:30 am. It is now 4:00 in the afternoon and I'm still unable to eat, lots of nausea, can't stand, no appetite. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
