Food Safety Report: Panda Express.

Ordered mushroom chicken and honey walnut shrimp with fried rice. Had this at 10am. By 4pm I started feeling sick at my stomach like I needed to throw up. Within half an hour I started vomiting. I vomited 14hours straight, it was so violent that I was continually passing out. I have never been this sick before. I will never step foot in a Panda Express again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
