Chow Mein Illness Concerns - Panda Express, Bellevue Washington

Food Poisoning. At 8pm I ate half chow mein & brown rice, mushroom chicken & teriyaki chicken 8pm. I felt sick within an hour. At 4 am I had two rounds of diarrhea, resulting in severe abdominal pain & wondering if I'd have to run to the bathroom. A sleepless night. The next day (I forgot to take Imodium) I couldn't make it to the bathroom & soiled myself. My symptoms, when I had zero before, occurred after eating at P.Express. I was still having diarrhea almost 24 hours later. . It use to be my fav fast food bcs I thought it was ' abit' on the healthier side of fast food restaurants. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
