We ordered orange chicken with fried rice and beef and broccoli Al la carte around 2pm. My son ate all of his and was vomiting a ton by 9/10pm and had been having diarrhea and stomach pain for a few hours before. I thought it was just his but I ate my leftovers today thinking they were safe and now I have diarrhea and stomach pain and cramps and have almost thrown up a couple times. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
