Consumed the fried rice, Peking pork, and honey shrimp. Several hours later I felt extremely ill. Chills and cramps followed by vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills

I ate the honey walnut shrimp at panda express in Buena park California and it messed me up something fierce. Chronic diarrhea, chills, vomiting and sweat. I'm still in the hospital. I was given medicine but it did little to no good. I had to be kept and put on antibiotics. This took away from my time as a single mother. My 1 yr old son only has me. His dad had to be FORCED to pick him up by a social worker... I was way too sick to care for him. I was back and forth to the bathroom all night till 6 am. This is by far the WORST food poisoning I've ever encountered IN MY LIFE. I'm DEFINITELY never eating at a panda express as long as i live.
