Broccoli Beef Illness Strikes - Panda Express, Everett Washington

I got home from work and my girlfriend asked if I wanted Panda Express on Doordash. I ordered Broccoli Beef with Fried Rice. The broccoli was very hard, like they cooked it for 5 seconds but the beef tasted okay. Well I took a nap for a couple hours and woke up feeling incredibly sick. For 2 days I was essentially stuck in bed, vomiting, barely able to move and eat, with the only thing I was able to keep down being water. I was pretty much stuck in front of my fan as that’s the only way I wouldn’t overheat. Now I’m feeling better with lingering symptoms, for example, my stomach still hasn’t fully recovered and because of that I’ve had diarrhea for days and have to be very cautious with food as I feel it’ll make me feel worse again. I’ve heard many stories about other people getting food poisoning from a Panda Express, and it really is sad as I enjoy their food, they just don’t seem to care enough to ensure safety. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
