Meat Plate Illness Duo - Panda Express,

Wife and I had a three meat plate with ribs, sweetfire chicken, and mushroom chicken. Half Fried rice half noodles. She ate noodles, mushroom chicken, and ribs. I ate sweetfire, rice and ribs. Both of us got deathly within 12-15 hours. We were vomiting and diarrhea for 24 hours each. We also had fever and chills. 4 days later we still are not fully recovered.
