Orange Chicken Illness Report - Panda Express, Rexburg Idaho

July 10th 2022. I got the plate with half rice half chowmein (noodles) and for the entrées I got orange chicken and string bean chicken breast. About 1 hour after eating I started to feel sick and now the next day (July 11th) iv been throwing up and have had atleast 8 trips to the bathroom. It's so bad I had to leave work and stay in bed. Thanks. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
