Ate Shanghai Steak, Orange chicken and an egg roll at Panda Express on Scottsdale Rd and Thomas at 1:30 for lunch and 30 minutes later as I was driving back to work I started having severe stomach pains. I barely made it back to work where I threw up twice. I work at a hospital so a nurse took my blood pressure and checked me over and said it was probably food poisoning. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
