Fried Rice Illness Alert - Panda Express, Lone Tree Colorado

On Saturday afternoon July 29th I went to the panda express. I was the only one in my family that ate there. I ordered the fried rice and string bean chicken bowl. I was worried as soon as they scraped the last of the fried rice batch from the tray and into my bowl. However, against my better judgement, I ate it. On Monday, very early morning I began feeling the worst headache of my life. I got up at 6:00 am, took some advil and tried to go back to sleep. At 8:00 am, I got up with my headache even worse and ran to the bathroom with diarrhea, immediately followed by vomiting. Alternating with both every 15 to 30 minutes until 12:00 pm. The whole time feeling as if my head was going to explode. Today, the 2nd day, I am fatigued and achy and trying to recover. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Fatigue
