Went to Panda Express this afternoon and got rice, shrimp and cream cheese ragoons. Came home and the left side of my face started feeling hot and weird. Severe nausea, had vomiting, stomach cramps, and faint. Could've been a coincidence but I rarely get sick and I did notice quite a bit of black specks in the food which looked like from the cooking pan. 😣 | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
