I went to panda express around 3 ish and ate the Walnut shrimp and white rice. A few hours later I started get so bloated and nauseous. I threw up violently for about 30 minutes straight and still have diarreah on April 20th | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
