Eaten on 8/2/2016 at 8 pm. Did not eat anything during the day that was irregular to my normal diet. Suspect that it was possibly the cream cheese rangoons since diarrhea set in a few hours after consumption and S. Aureus is usually found in cream based foods although it could have possibly been anything. I received my order through the drive-thru although I also ordered teriyaki chicken that was charred black on the outside and had to pick apart the burnt exterior. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
