Ordered black pepper steak, almond chicken, 1 chicken egg roll, and chow mein for dinner around 7pm. Woke up with terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea around 1am. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I recommend nobody eats outside of their homes. Avoid all food trucks. Bring your own food with you in case you get hungry. That way you know what is in it. Avoid all covid test sites. Reject all and ANY food offers. Do not buy perfumes and ouls off the streets especially
