Kung Pao Chicken Cramping - Panda Express, Oswego Illinois

Got a bowl of Kung Pao Chicken and fried rice on 6/8 and had extreme cramping 10 minutes after finishing. Cramping was so bad it was hard to walk. I was also nauseous and felt very weak. Had diarrhea all night.
