Ordered some teriyaki chicken and orange chicken with vegetable fried rice. Two hours after consumption, I started feeling feverish and nauseous. I then started vomiting the next morning followed by diarrhea every two hours. It appears I caught salmonella. Probably from the chicken. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever

You should tip on the total BEFORE coupons. You essentially gave a 14% tip... ($4 on $28.51 meal) Not to mention, the driver pays for their gas, car insurance, etc. Sounds like you got sick with karma on this one.
