Food Safety Report: Panera Bread.

9 years ago reported by user-xmgq2782

Panera Bread

Bedford, Texas, United States

My wife and I ate a sausage egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel with mayo at 715 am. The sandwich was very hot. It was grilled. The sausage tasted strange, but I pushed through. My wife ate hers 30 min later, but she took a few bites, then she took the sorry excuse for a sausage out of her sandwhich and threw it away (I hope a bird didn't eat it from the garbage can) At 2 pm I felt queasy. At 4 pm I lost my appetite. At 5 pm I felt nauseated and got knife like jabs in my gut. At 6:15 I was running to the toilet and at 6:45 I was glad I was near the porcelain palace! I have not vomitted for as long as I can remember (10 maybe 15 years) but this was a complete flush. Actually, now I feel pretty good. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
