E. Coli Suspected in Salad - Panera Bread, Akron Ohio

I intermittent fast, so the only thing I had to eat in a 24 hour period was that, therefore I know my meal there was the culprit. I had a half tuna salad on black pepper focaccia, broccoli Mac and cheese, and a Greek salad. I was vomiting and bloated for two days and experienced abdominal pain unlike anything I’ve ever felt. Still not completely recovered from what I’m sure was E. coli from the lettuce. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
