Yesterday 111018 I ate a Southwest Chicken Chipotle and Avocado Salad with Cream of Broccoli Soup and a soda at 1pm. Fast forward to 10pm I got heartburn and gas which didnt get better with Gas-X like usual. Then around midnight I had diarrhea followed by severe stomach pain that went away after vomiting several times between midnight and 3am. I woke up at 1130am feeling fine other than being fatigued from being sick all night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain, Heartburn
