Soup & Sandwich Illness - Panera Bread, Westminster Colorado

You pick two: broccoli cheddar soup and tuna sandwich (no onion no tomato) at 1pm 3/16/21.

While eating felt very uncomfortable so I thought it was too much and stopped. Felt extremely bloated immediately.
Diarrhea round 1.
Pain and cramping in my abdomen goes on all day. Can't bend over bc it surges pain through my stomach.

6 pm hungry so I have an apple and eggs. Not an hour later

Vomiting- panera came out!
