Panera Lunch Causes Cramps - Panera Bread, Gastonia North Carolina

I ate at Panera for lunch about 11:45 today -- I had the caesar salad, broccoli cheddar soup, baguette, prickly pear hibiscus, and a cheese pastry.
I got back to work around 12:20 and by 12:40 my stomach was hurting so bad that I had to leave. It is currently still cramping horribly at 1:15.

This is not the first time this Panera has made me feel like this, but before I thought it was a fluke. | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps
