My coworker and I ordered online Panera for delivery for 11am on 12/7/2018 from Panera on Fremont pike in Perrysburg, Oh. This was the first thing I ate all day. 3 1/2 hours later I had nausea, diarrhea, sweating, and fever. I went home had more stomach issues and nausea and sore stomach and couldn’t eat anything after. I know 100% it was the Panera. I ordered a turkey Chipotle chicken avocado melt with a broccoli soup and bread. I just want to report this so they can clean up there mess. Food poisoning is not fun. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
