Not sure, but strongly suspect their ten vegetable soup or cheese flatbread I had been staying at a house and they got Door-Dash from there. I ordered ten-vegetable soup and cheese flatbread. When the order arrived, I remember noting that the texture of the soup felt different from previous times I’d had it. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it, but I assumed they might have added some other ingredients or just not have cooked them as thoroughly. When the order arrived, it didn’t have the cheese flatbread ordered so they went there to take it up with them. They made it and offered up some complimentary cookies as compensation for the troubles—one of which, the lemon one, I ate. The symptoms started some hours after consuming the food in the very late night or early morning when severe stomach cramps and nausea began hitting me. The only other person who had it in the house did not report becoming sick but also did not eat the same things—they’d gotten mac and cheese and some sandwich.Saturday night (the 4th) | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Cramps, Diarrhea, Vomiting
