Panera Bread, Mount Olive Township, NJ, United States

50 International Drive South, Mount Olive Township, 07836 New Jersey, United States

I ate half of a tuna wrap and a bowl of creamy tomato soup. The symptoms started about five hours later. I threw up once and then another hour later the continuous vomiting and diarrhea began. It lasted a couple of hours. By the end I was just dry heaving and throwing up water. I was shaking and extremely weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Shaking
