I ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad without chicken from panera with a sprouted grain roll and unsweetened iced tea. I was rather busy the whole day so besides a bowl of cereal with coffee earlier that day and some veggie straws I munched on the salad was all I had. I ate it around 6:30 and started having bloating problems about 10 minutes afterwards. 20 minutes after that I felt nauseous and by the end of the night I was throwing up by the truck loads. The next day my body felt sore and shaky, and I felt a little nausea and slightly sick to the stomach. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Soreness
