My husband and I had the avocado tomato and egg breakfast sandwich with black pepper focaccia bread. I immediately had to go to the bathroom, had back pain and later threw up and was unable to eat anything else all day. Today is day two and I still can’t eat and am having stomach pain and bathroom issues. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
