We had dinner at Panera Bread at 6pm on Saturday. I had broccoli cheddar soup and half a steak and white cheddar panini. Left the store at 7, was home by 8pm and at about 830 I had to go lay down. My stomach was killing me, and I had a headache. After laying down for an hour it just got worse. So I took a warm bath and went to bed. At 2 am I woke up vomiting in my bed. Today I feel just generally terrible. Nausea, bloating, stomach cramps, aches and chills. I haven't been able to eat all day and slept most of the morning.
