I ate at Panera Break yesterday (Sunday December 11, 2016) at around noon. I ordered a you pick two, and chose chicken noodle soup and the steak and arugala sandwhich. Afterwards I went home, took a nap for maybe 1 1/2 hours, and woke up with terrible stomach cramps. I was feeling horribly nauseous, and the rest of my day consisted of puking and diarrhea. I hardly got any sleep at all that night, and currently I have a horrible headache, body aches, and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Body Ache
