Violent Illness After Soup - Panera Bread, Norman Oklahoma

Ate the potato soup with a bread bowl and a green goddess chicken salad. Started violently vomiting within hours of food consumption. I had fallen asleep and woke up feeling not great. Had extreme nausea and diarrhea then started vomiting everywhere. I'm having bad stomach pain. I'm going to the ER for fluids and tests and meds.
