Only meal i had all day. Had lunch around 11am. Chicken panini and macaroni. Symptoms started around 10pm, bloating, vomitting violently and diaghrea. Dehydrated and sick for almost 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Bloating
