I ate broccoli and cheddar soup. It was thick but I didn’t think anything of it. I started throwing it all up an hour later. I feel like shit

Only meal i had all day. Had lunch around 11am. Chicken panini and macaroni. Symptoms started around 10pm, bloating, vomitting violently and diaghrea. Dehydrated and sick for almost 24 hours.
