Strawberry Basil Lemonade
I ate the above at approximately 8:30am. I began my workday at 10:30am, and by 11:00am, I was in terrible shape, my coworker wanted to call 911. I was sweating profusely and vomiting. I had terrible stomach cramps and was dizzy. I wear scrubs to work and they were visibly soaked through with sweat. I drove myself home (but should not have in the state I was in) and the diarrhea began while I was driving and did not end until the evening. The fever and chills began around 1pm. I have NEVER been so ill in my life. I truly thought my husband would come home to find me dead, I am absolutely not exaggerating. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Sweating, Dizziness
