Food Safety Report: Papa John's Pizza, 3801 University Boulevard West, Jacksonville, Florida, USA.

Papa John's Pizza, 3801 University Boulevard West, Jacksonville, Florida, USA

3801 University Boulevard West, Jacksonville, 32216 Florida, United States

Ordered the $12.99 special, pepperoni pizza, cheese bread and a Dr. Pepper for dinner. The next morning both my young children ( 1 year old and 2 year old) threw up and had diarrhea. The pizza tasted weird and I think it wasn’t cooked all the way. Saturday the whole family stayed home and drank a lot of liquids. Today is Sunday and everyone is still sick and everyone still has diarrhea. I threw the leftovers out Saturday. We have never purchased Papa Johns before, this was the first time and it will be the last. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
