At pizza with tomato sauce, cheese, sausage, pineapple and black olives around 8pm last night. Husband started complaining of stomach ache around 8am today, then showed all symptoms shortly after. I felt ill, but didn't show all symptoms until 4pm, which is why I'm feeling confident it's food poisoning now. Child was asleep when pizza arrived/did not eat pizza and is acting normal today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
