Ordered a Medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage, extra sauce. 30mins after eatting I started to get light headed, vomiting went to sleep woke up the next morning had diarrhea running a fever over 102 as of right now I’m ester nausea on our way to the ER now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
