Ordered a large crust meatball and pepperoni pizza (added onions and green peppers) on 7/9 evening & leftovers 7/10 afternoon and got sick later night and for the following 2 days with symptoms noted above. My bf had the bbq chicken & bacon on 7/9 and felt fine. He ate the leftovers of the meatball pepperoni pizza on 7/11 and was sick later that day for the next 2 days. Not sure what in the pizza made us sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
