Yesterday Papa johns Italian meat bowl—toppings or sauce I complained by email to store, and called the store to tell manager, and also fileda complaint online with corporate.  I want them to track down the problem so it doesnt hurt other people.  NOTE that i frequently order the very same item from this very same papa john location—in fact ordered it two days earlier—so i am very familiar with it, and very aware of the difference in quality of the meat bowl which caused the food poisoning this time. | Symptoms: Other, Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain
