Garlic Sauce Illness Suspected - Papa John's, Watauga Texas

11 months ago reported by user-hpyr6963 business

Papa Johns Pizza, Rufe Snow Drive, Watauga, TX, USA

6317 Rufe Snow Drive, Watauga, 76148 Texas, United States

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
Suspected source: Papa John’s garlic sauce
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: I had a papa John’s pizza with pepperonis order to me and I ate 4 slices with their garlic sauce and peppers. I ate the food at 7 and woke up at 1 am and had extremely painful diarrhea and nausea for 2 hours. I’m still feeling a little unsettled in my stomach. I believe the culprit was the garlic sauce because my family who didn’t eat the garlic sauce felt fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
