I ordered a 14” pepperoni stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and 8-piece honey chipotle wings around 7:15pm. By the time I was going to bed around 12:30am my stomach was in pain. I woke up at 230am with horrible pain and chills and gas. However, didn’t have to use the bathroom yet. It’s now 530am as I’m writing this and stomach is in pain and chills again however now I have diarrhea. Praying this is the worst it gets. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills, Gas, Stomach Pain
