8-23-25, Saturday: My husband ordered a Papa Bowl and added all the free meat with it that was included. I ordered a Papa Bowl with veggies only, and our son had a cheese pizza. My husband became violently sick approximately 8 hrs later with vomiting and diarrhea that lasted all day Sunday and it's now Monday and he still is not fully recovered yet. We have had diarrhea issues from this place prior to this incident and we suspect possible meat contamination. Son and I are fine with no issues. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
