Observed approximately 16 live roaches in paper towel dispenser at hand wash sink in kitchen by cookline. Observed approximately three live roaches behind soap dispenser at hand wash sink in kitchen. Observed two live roaches in glue trap under hand wash sink in kitchen. Observed one live roach in metal shelving for bag in box soda dispenser in kitchen. Observed one live roach on floor near triple sink. Observed two roaches still alive behind glass at front service line. Person in charge began killing. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2024-01-12: Observed one live roach on wall at front counter area.
