Sorry to hear about your case and hope you're well now. However, for Pepper Lunch, I notice that many people do not follow a few important hygiene precautions. Since the dish is served with the ingredients raw and cooking on a hot plate, it is important to: 1) Use a separate spoon or chopsticks to cook all meat items while not fully cooked; 2) Ensure that all ingredients are thoroughly cooked; 3) Do not mix with rice/noodles until fully cooked; 4) Once fully cooked, eat with a clean set of utensils. It is important to prevent cross contamination but I notice most diners at this place simply use the same set of utensils and sometimes mix the meat into the rice even before it is fully cooked.
