- comments: noted 25 mice droppings scattered along the wall base and in corners in the dry food storage area, noted 10 mice droppings in the utility closet on top of chemical container. Also not 20 mice droppings scattered inside unused dish washing machine. Instructed manager to remove and detail clean all affected areas and call pest control for service. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-020(a).

- comments: noted holes and opening into the wall base inside and outside of the walk in cooler. Also in the dry storage room. Must seal where every needed to prevent entry points for pest.

- comments: floors need cleaning through out especially where droppings were found. Must detail clean the interior of the walk in cooler to remove black substance in the ceiling, walls and fan cover.
