My husband and I ordered food to go. I ordered the Tofu Mediterranean Shawarma Bowl and a cup of coconut curry soup. My husband ordered a pita Philly cheese steak. He did not get ill. However, at about 1:30 in the morning, I became violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea, which lasted all night. The second day, the vomiting and diarrhea subsided, but fever and nausea continued. It is now day 3. The fever and nausea has subsided. I have been able to eat a small amount of food. My energy levels are still low. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Fever
