Ordered a medium pizza with cheese and mushrooms, garlic knots, 2 large cheese stuffed crust pizzas. Felt fine. But then terrible diarrhea, fatigue. Headache, food poisioning. I always order from here but never again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Fatigue
